Complaints

Regarding the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, in May 2023, the Hungarian Parliament adopted the Whistleblowing Act, which allows sending in complaints by those who wish to report unlawful or corrupt acts of organizations or companies. Whistleblowing can happen anonymously if the individual wishes to remain unknown in the process.
